Back in August hubby and I had vacation plans to go to Mexico for a week for our anniversary, but thanks to dadgum Hurricane Gustav, we had to reschedule. So guess what….ITS TIME TO GO TO MEXICO!!! Finally!!! I’ll be back in a week – see ya then!!!

When you get back from your trip, I would love for you to show us how to make some deer chili. Its that time of year for it and I just dropped a 12 point at the lease.
3 alarm chili would be preferable. Oohh, and if you have some extra time – how about some step by step instructions for some gourmet venison jerky! Need some extra snacks at camp.

Dear "3 Bills", thank you for your interest in my blog and thanks for your interesting requests- I’ll see what I can do. You know, I have some old friends- Kirk and Kyle- you may know them…maybe you’ve seen them around the lease from time to time. They’re usually oafing around shooting at anything that moves (not very good hunters I’m afraid, bless their sweet, clumsy little hearts). Anyway, I think they’re also big fans of venison chili.
